Nominations for Quarter 2 are now open!
The Sunshine Coast Sports Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of grass roots sports’ athletes and teams, officials, coaches, volunteers, administrators, and clubs and associations.
To be eligible for an award, nominees must be:
- A permanent resident, both during and outside of competition periods, of the Sunshine Coast or Noosa local government areas; or
- Represent or be a life member of a sporting club or association based on the Sunshine Coast or Noosa local government areas; or
- Live away from the Sunshine Coast or Noosa local government areas solely to attend tertiary education or to participate in a recognised high performance pathway aligned to a sport governing body.;
- Or have at least one parent who resides permanently on the Sunshine Coast or Noosa local government areas and the nominee has been attending tertiary education or participating in a recognised high performance pathway aligned to a sport governing body over the preceding four years.
